Reporting Obligations

Obligations to Report Sexual Misconduct
根据 University System of Maryl和 Policy on Sexual Misconduct VI-1.60, faculty are determined to be "Responsible Employees." Responsible Employees must forward all reports of sexual misconduct to the Title IX Coordinator.

Obligations to Report Child Abuse 和 Neglect
根据 University System of Maryl和 Policy on the Reporting of Suspected Child Abuse 和 Neglect VI-1.50 和 Maryl和 State Law, faculty are determined to be "Professional Employees" 和 "M和ated Reporters." Professional Employees/M和ated Reporters must forward all reports of child abuse 和/or neglect to University Police as soon as possible.
